As you walk around with the app, map tiles are revealed based on your location. The more you explore, the more of the map you uncover. Your progress is saved to your account and syncs across devices.
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services on your iPhone, find Know A Spot, and select "While Using the App" or "Always" for background tracking during walks.
You can request account deletion by emailing support@knowaspot.app. We will delete your account and all associated data.
Each day you get 5 curated places near you. Swipe through them and save the ones you want to visit to your Want to Go list. New discoveries refresh daily.
Yes. Go to the Friends tab to invite friends using invite codes. Once connected, you can share your favorite spots with each other.
