Know A Spot lets you explore cities, track places you visit, save and rate spots, and share them with friends. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
You retain ownership of the spots, ratings, photos, and other content you create in the app. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content as needed to provide the service.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
We strive to keep the app available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of place information, ratings, or recommendations shown in the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Know A Spot and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time and request account deletion by contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
